We are open for business!

We are glad to share with you that we will be opening our doors to our valued guests from 1st October 2020.

A glimpse of post lockdown safety protocols which will be taken at Temple Tiger Green Jungle Resort are as follows:

We will be taking all safety measures for the guests by implementing comprehensive plans and mandatory procedures/guidelines of the Government of Nepal. In the very beginning before we pick up the guest, we will fully sanitize our vehicle. Then once you arrive at the resort, we will take the temperature of the guests by the automatic measures and all the luggage will go through a high quality disinfection process to be extra secure. As the guest enters the welcome porch, they will be handed over the sanitized keycard holder along with the keys to their rooms which are on separate villas. The entrance doors to the resort are kept open while those that aren’t, are manned by staff members to reduce the physical touch points for guests. Cleaning teams are deployed with revised guidance to ensure specific focus on high-frequency touch points throughout the resort. We will regularly clean all the hard and soft touch points in the resort with WHO certified disinfectant cleaners. Maintaining social distance, the guests will be escorted to their rooms. All the room amenities will be cleaned and washed with disinfectants as certified by WHO while we disinfect all rooms before the arrival of the guest and after the departure of the guests. Noteworthy, we will keep the room vacant for 48 hours after the last guest checks out. The food at the resort will be prepared keeping the WHO safety norms. The meals at the round house and outside the dining area allows the guests to enjoy the food maintaining physical distance. Food will be served at the table, however if needed only we will have buffet meals which will be served by our staff adhering WHO norms.

In addition, the staff too will go under vigorous sanitization and thermal checking when they arrive at the resort and perform their duties with masks and hand gloves which are mandatory. The resort has ensured training focused on educating and empowering staff to deliver the enhanced health and safety programs with confidence, passing on this care to each and every guest and resident. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the property wherein the guests and staff are requested to use as frequently as possible the hand sanitizers. The round house dining area and the bar will be operated with reduced capacity to ensure adequate space maintaining social distance.

Similarly, the jungle activities at the resort will be practiced availing reduced capacity as far as possible with one person per row in both Jeep safari and boat ride. Nature walks too will be provided maintaining social distance by the naturalists.

We will be adhering to all these essentials which have become the new normal, minimizing the health risks and maximizing the guests’ satisfaction.
